// achievements

  • Designed and built an entire production AWS landscape from scratch — 100+ repositories / microservices with blue-green, near-zero-downtime deployments.
  • Single-handedly executed DocumentDB → MongoDB Atlas and Kafka → Confluent Cloud migrations with zero service disruption.
  • Automated the full release pipeline for 50+ microservices and migrated them from EC2 to ECS/Fargate (Docker) with no downtime.
  • Migrated a legacy application to serverless / micro-services, saving $200k+ in licensing and support costs.
  • Led migration of 3,000+ workloads to AWS and 100+ middleware servers, saving £200k+.
  • Repeatedly built internal tools and self-service portals that removed manual toil — including automation that saved 1.5+ FTEs.
